Deposits, Cleaning charge, and Discounts

• Prices are per week and for rental of the apartment, NOT per person.

• A 55 Euro (£48) cleaning and laundry charge will also apply in addition to the weekly tariff. Again, this is for the apartment and NOT per person. This charge will only apply once throughout the duration of the rental period.

A charge of 110 Euro will apply for a three to four week stay. (Change of sheets and bedding etc twice during a longer stay )

• To reserve accommodation, a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required. The remaining balance is due a minimum of 6 weeks before occupancy.

• If you re-book with us, as a "repeat Customer" we will guarantee you a 10% discount off the listed price.

•  If you recommend guests who subsequently rents our apartment , we will also provide you with a added discount off your next booking with us.
