BOOKING
TERMS
Occupancy
The listed
prices are applicable only when there are between 1 to 4 people in the party;
please note that 4 people is the maximum amount allowed but on some occasions
one extra adult or child can be added.
You should not exceed the occupancy level as stated by us on your email Booking Form,
without first letting us know as an increase in cleaning charges will occur due
to extra linen used.
Booking
Request Email
Our
Booking Request email link is provided on-line.
We
require a £100 cheque to secure the dates requested on your Booking
Request email.
We
MUST receive this within 5 business days of you submitting your Booking Request
email as there are often several people searching for holiday properties at the
same time.
The
£100 acts as a Booking /Key/ security damage deposit.
We
ask that you pay the full holiday Cost 6 weeks before departure.
(Cleaning
/ laundry money (55 Euros) to be left in the apartment before departure, 110
Euro for three to four weeks stay)
Booking ,Key and Damage Deposit
Please note that the key and damage deposit of £100
is additional to the final balance and will be refunded in full following your
departure subject to there being no damage or excess cleaning required, and
satisfactory return of all keys. For any bookings made by people under 25 years
of age, the key and damage deposit required will be increased to £200
Examples
of where we may retain all or part of the Security Charge include (but are not
limited to), Missing Items, Damage to Property/Fixtures, Excess Occupancy, Late
Departure, and Additional Cleaning Charges.
We
will return the Security Charge deposit to you within 7 days of the end of your holiday,
subject to the "all ok" from our local agents.
Cleaning
Payments
€55
Final Cleaning Charge - this is for our Agents, who will clean the apartment and
linens/towels between guests (it does not include washing-up and normal items
associated with a self-catering holiday!)
Please
leave the 55 Euros(£48) in the apartment before you leave.
Any
Airport Transfer Charges/baby sitting/maid service (OPTIONAL) – should be paid
direct to our agents in person.
Cancellation
Terms
We
must receive any cancellation notice in writing.
For
cancellations received more than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the
holiday, the full £100 Booking Deposit will be refunded.
For
cancellations received less than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the
holiday, 50% of the Booking Deposit will be refunded, less any expenses we incur
in renting the property to new clients. If we are unable to find new clients for
your chosen dates, NO refund will be made.
We
are unable to refund any of the Booking Deposit for cancellations received
within 2 weeks of the commencement of the holiday.
In
the highly unusual situation where we are forced to cancel your booking, our
maximum commitment to you will be the Full Refund of all monies paid to us.
We
strongly suggest that you arrange suitable travel insurance as soon as your
booking is made.
Damages
You
are advised to check that broken items are reported to our agents/cleaners
during your stay.
Complaints
We
are extremely confident that you will have an enjoyable holiday.
However,
if you have reason to complain this should be brought to the attention of
ourselves or our agent at the earliest opportunity.
We
will do our utmost to resolve any issues.
If
you are still not pleased, you should write to us within 7 days of your return.
