Cleaning charge is to be paid and left at apartment before departure-55 Euro = £50.00 aprox
Additional cleaning/Linen/Towels charge 65 Euro comes into effect for more than four people
Cleaning cost for 3/4 week stay up to four people will be 110 Euro.
This can be paid at the end of your stay or a mid stay clean can be arranged.
If a mid stay clean is not convenient there will be a maintenance inspection midstay.
This will also include a plumbing/electrical/gas check to adhere to insurance requirements for your health and safety
